11' Pro New Motor not running right

First off, i have searched and searched all the threads on 11's not running, i'm just fed up with this thing. Last june on my last ride i had my pto crank bearing go and took out my motor, i still had warranty and my dealer did a full rebuild minus the cases. So first ride out this year i had a bad midrange bog at about 6-7000 rpms, and am now on the fourth ride on it and it is getting worse. I ride from 3-7k feet, i can get full r's at times, but most of the time when i throw the flipper to the bars it bogs, sometimes it will clear out, it is super rich as i'm leaving a healthy trail of oil, gas out the exhaust, the sled is completely stock running the stock clutching that was on it last year when it ran very well until the bearing, i have a hps can, i also have purchased some mds weights and have tried those along with the spring recommended for my elevations, nothing has helped, sled is super snappy on the bottom and when it does make r's it pulls really good, we've put two sets of new injectors on it, checked all power valves, pv solenoid is working, 135psi per cylinder, dealer had it the other day and couldn't find anything, no codes, they said everything looked good, they put a stock can on it and said it was better, but still there, i'm at a loss, any help or thoughts is appreciated, thx.

The only thing that comes to mind, is the exhaust valve springs. Maybe a little stiffer would hold it closed a little longer... 135 psi sounds very good for a polaris. Just wondering if she if developing too much pressure at lower rpm and opening the valves too soon to develop h.p. thru the mid rpm.... Just a thought... I hope they figure it out. I just had to tow one of my 11 pro's off the mountain today. Seized up tick tight. I pulled the plugs and looked with the light. There is a little bit of metal on the plug, and the top of the piston is showing a few silver spots. I couldnt see well enough to look at the ports, and couldnt spin the clutch to get a better view of the exhaust side of the piston....Not the typical detonation, or lean burn down. Luckily Allsport convinced me to get the aftermarket warranty. It had 2300 miles. Completely bone stock. Even added .5 oz. oil per gallon of gas in the tank. Was only running 127 degrees down the trail at 30 mph when she cut loose.

Your over thinking the problem. It is something simple. Since the problem seems to get worse the more you ride it I would recommend testing, replacing or re-adjusting the TPS.

if its an 11, especially an early build i'd check the wiring harness for rubbing. the wiring for the injectors likes to rub on the rear of the right cylinder. also the coil wiring likes to rub on the bolts for the coil, would suggest flipping them the opposite direction. also the plug wires like to rub. i know you said you've checked the exhaust valves, but i'd inspect the base gaskets for them very closely, if they are leaking just a little it will cause a bog between 6500-7200.

I have thought about stiffer exhaust springs like we used to do in the older edges, but haven't heard or read of anyone doing this on the pro. The compression is a bit higher cause of the pa head. Tps has been set twice now. I will look at all wireing for rubbing. Thx

polaris pro 2013

just checking to see if sno-stuff is making a rumble pack for pro 800 2013 yet .

Sled is now completely put back to stock and still doing it, any other ideas. Going to the shop first thing wed, What a way to spend my vacation. I will start with the tps I guess.

My 11 did the same thing after I had a new short block put in it last year, although not as bad as yours, I think I have mine fixed the injectors were way off on flow and spray pattern, had them cleaned. I also found the passages in the ev housings to the cylinders were plugged solid. It sounds like you have tried both of those things though, have you checked the slack in the throttle cable, it will do strange things if not adjusted properly. Otherwise it sounds like a tps or wire rubbed through somewhere

Me, I always have something going on with mine. Maybe it's just the sled , it's a pile. I think another brand might be in my futre. These Polaris sled just don't run.

Which spokane dealer rebuilt it if you dont mind saying? Curious is all. Not trying to start a dealer bashing war or anything.
