10 D8 skid removal.. HELP

Sooo Ive removed the skid outta my 09 m8 twice without a fuss but on my dragon i just cant seem to get the bolts holding the rear control arm out. i want to powder coat the rails so im trying to pull the skid out. ive had no problem with the other ones. i can get one bolt holding the rear control arm out no problem, but the other one just spins when i try to remove it. im pretty sure theres a shaft that runs through and thats whats making it just spin and not come out. ANY ideas on how to get this bad boy out? thanks!

Put the other one back on and loosen the stubborn one... An impact wrench is your friend!

put the one back in and then work on the stuck one ,take a plumbers torch and warm up the bolt to free up the locktite then hit it with the impact

keep them both in till they are loose. I used an electric impact and it worked good
