Ok im 4' 10" at 105, 13 years old and i have an 05 m7 was thinking bout getting the new boss seat when my dad said that he thinks i should keep the stock one since its lower, being im shorter and would have an easier time jumping sides...good choice? THANKS!

Being so light a boss seat wont be required unless you wont it for the look or ride!!! Save your money their expensive and when you break your sled or wont some aftermarket part later in life you have the money!! Trust me i am talking from experiance!!!

My wife is 105 lbs, 5'1 (and won't be getting any taller!) and she won't ride a sled without a boss or other elevated seat.

Check out the new skinz seat, I saw one yesterday, WOW, that is BADASS!!

I would say at your age dont bother. You are going to grow so much so fast you will out grow what you are currently riding.

On the other hand, Boss seats sure are cool. Especially if you dont have to pay for it

i was kindof in the same position as you i thought about getting one i thought they look really good on the sled but like the first guy posted save your money for extra parts you might need or the gas to ride it thats just my opinion

Be happy with what you have, you are one lucky 13 year old. Spend your money on gas and fixing it when it breaks. A boss seat is not going to make you a better rider, and you should only sit down when you are parked anyway, especially with 13 year old knees.
