PANHANDLE AND NORTHERN MOUNTAINS OF WASHINGTON. HAZARDOUS TRAVEL
CONDITIONS ARE ANTICIPATED. ADDITIONALLY WINDY CONDITIONS
WITH WIND MOSTLY FROM THE SOUTHWEST WILL ADD NUISANCE TO THE ANY
COMMUTE ON MONDAY.

MORE WINTER STORM SYSTEMS ARE POSSIBLE THROUGH THE WEEK. MODELS
SUGGEST ANOTHER STRONG STORM SYSTEM IS POSSIBLE WEDNESDAY NIGHT
AND THURSDAY WITH THE POTENTIAL TO BRING MORE HEAVY SNOW TO THE
REGION. YET ANOTHER POTENTIAL WINTER STORM MAY ARRIVE ON OR ABOUT
NEXT SATURDAY. PRECISE TIMING AND SEVERITY OF THESE STORMS IS
UNCERTAIN AT THIS TIME...BUT CONFIDENCE IS HIGH FOR A VERY
UNSETTLED AND WINTER-LIKE WEATHER PATTERN THROUGH THE WEEK.

so we did a little math for the greenwater area based on low estimate and high (all powder) at cabin sat 12/15 when we left 36in total ,this morning 12/17 there is 60 in at 5 am today low estimate by fri morning 92 in and max of 112 in at cabin what happens if you fall off a sled in 112 in of fresh powder???? could be interesting even trying to sled in this next week here in western wa.

Just got the word... "worst"(???) some have seen it for years, 24" in 24 hours power out and trees everywhere. Why didn't they close HWY 2 last night

Yep. Going up tomorrow to save the fridge! Sounds like PUD can't get the power back till Wednesday AM.
