What's everyone running? The manual says semi-synthetic if I remember correctly. I have a case of full-syn but I'm thinking of trading it in for semi.

I'd run full synthetic. The manual is giving you the minimum requirements.
Having said that, I recently tore down my buds 04 800 summit 144 with 3,800 miles without ever being touched. I was shocked at how clean everything was. the rings (which everyone said are garbage) had very little pitting, exhaust valves looked very clean also. I was very impressed with how this engine looked. Based on what I saw in this motor, I'll continue to run only the full BRP synthetic and one of my friends who complains about the smell is just gonna have to live with it.

After indydans thread I'd trade the case of full syn for 2 cases of mineral.
