Bought the x-fire 800 SP new a month ago. I installed a t-sled intake and some MO Flow vents. My question is do i have enough vents, the ones I have are the center hood one, side vents, and gauge vents. I am just wondering if the intake will suck enough cold air or do I need to add more. Also the intake is the only engine mod and I know the instructions say I dont need a bd box i just want some confirmation of someone running just the box. Thanks guys

Should be enough venting for sure.

As for mods with no fuel controler, you can run a full SLP pipe setup without a controller at any elevation. I would consider a control with the pipe setup and intake though... below 3000ft anyways.

I ride a little at home here in MN, and we go west a few times a year, usually 9000 feet and over.

Also i will not be running a pipe kit, I really want to stay away from to many engine mods that would add up to a BD Box
