09 tail section

i have an 08 m1000 sp 162 and would like to do the 09 tail update and would like to know what i would all need would like to do it as cheap as i can. just curious what you would all need to do this. thanks

These are the parts that need to be removed and replaced for a full conversion.

Good post.

You could buy the 09 kick outs cut the tunnel down then get some 1/8 aluminum and cut it to fit the side of the tunnel and rivet it on then weld in a bar across the back. Cut to fit the stock tail light and go.
