Ordered on 10/25 and still on back order and they have no idea when it will be available. Anybody else have this problem?

Mine got stuck in my track and all chewed up so i just cut it just under the Arctic Cat lettering. It looks awesome, not sure if yours if completley gone or if you can just cut it too?
