09 rear suspension sag

I posted this over on dootalk, anybody have any input?

I have been pondering the suspension sag on my sled since I got it, I can pick up the back until it hits the stopper and let it go and the suspension will drop 3", There is another 163 at the dealer and I tried the same thing and it doesn't drop at all, I removed the rear shock thinking it might have a soft spot at the top of the shock stroke and it doesn't. but the sag is still there with the shock removed.
There was a 146 on the floor of the dealer without a shock in it and it didn't have any sag and it sprung back to the stopper. the funny thing is when you turn the spring setting to 5 the sag goes away BUT if you push on the bumper the suspension is very easy to push on until the 3" is used up.
Is there a difference in the 08 and 09 rear suspension geometry, Because I'm not sure what's going on here.

Is the sled sitting on a FLAT floor....no ski wheels or anything under the track? And where is your limiter strap set? Short limiter will place more load on the rear.

Turn the blocks up to the highest setting for both torrsion springs. That should stiffen the sled up. The shocks on the other hand are pretty soft from the factory and should be shimed & revalved to acheive the correct rebound, dampening and stiffness for your weight.

OT

The sled is sitting flat on the floor, and the strap is still factor set.

Factory set, doesn't mean it's set right for your riding style. Most times when I get a sled, I've got to go back and resetup everything which might include new springs and shock setups.

Personally I set up my limiter straps so when you lift the sled, the track sets down front and rear at the same time. But if you do this, you have to put a block under the front end so the front shocks don't squish and change the geometry. Just an idea for ya. What's everyone else doing?
