I have a 09 assault....Just bought the sled..Took it out today and it runs fine at idle..will go fine just off idle then it bogs out and acts like it is on a rev limiter....pops and looses power. will stay running...if u hammer on it from a roll it falls on its face right away.... need some help check TPS it is working good and is adjusted...from what i have read.. 4v at WOT did not set check it with the sled running...volts are reading were they should be....checked and cleaned the power valves..in the process...

It could be bouncing off the limiter. What's your elevation and what weights and helix are you running?

BTW, the TPS has a baseline adjustment and a set idle adj.

helix is 56-42-36 team...10-68 wieghts 140/330 spring dont know the sping in the secondary if i put it on a stand it wont rev out either thinking it needs a reflash maybe??? i checked the compresion it was 125 on both it did this first time i tried riding....

when i set the TPS it idled fine .9 at WOT it was 4.0 if i ease into gas it will bog then rev up bog rev up etc.... very odd.. its like a rev limiter at 6000rpm i would guess

checked compression again 125 on both had some oil build up on the power valves in between the bellows and housing...cleaned them up no rips or broken springs...running out of ideas...:face-icon-small-sad

It almost sounds like its electronic. Like you said about needing to reflash. reeds and everything are in good shape? (it doesnt sound like they are failing tho)

:noidea: I am no pro haha

I would take it in and find out what map it has. It may need a reflash. Power Commanders have been the real fix for mid range bogs and hesitations. I would try to get it running correct first before bypassing the exhaust solenoid.

I dug around for hours checking things over...found some wires that had been chewed on by mice!! little bastards...they only got 6..cleaned all that up put it back together it runs mint...got some maint done at any rate...thanks for the input guys...NOW WE NEED SNOW
