Tore into one and figured it out.
If you shut the sled off and the oil pump is stuck open a little its not stuck. The oil pump gear has 2 cams on it and when it rotates it disengages the pump. So if you let of the throttle and shut the sled off before it can disengage it will appear stuck.
I had a bog and saw the oiler stuck a few times(at least it appeared that way) so I did the bdx oil delete, sled ran great for a while until it caused a crank failure. Now the sled is rebuilt and has the oiler back on with no bog. Just make sure its adjusted right and go.
