I have a 2009 M8 with a Boondocker PG Turbo. I recently installed the EBC and have finally got it set. I am consistantly pushing around 7.5 lbs of boost. My duty cycles are runnung around 40/75 as well. It seems like it is a little fat in the middle but runs very hard on the top end. It has also started ideling about 2200 rpm after the second day of riding. Does anyone have any suggestions. Should I add fuel to it to bring the duty cycles up???? should I take some away in the middle to try to clean it up?????

Any advice or starting fuel numbers would be great.

Starting #'s for your kit I believe are 28 38 48 on the boost map, all zeros on the RPM maps.

What altitude are you riding at?

Is the 40/75 number after a long (as in 30+ second) pull? If you are only at 40/75 @ 7.5 psi and your plugs and EGT's look good, I'd say crank the boost up another pound and a half ... I was running 8.5-9 psi of boost on mine @ 8,000 feet and my duty cycle never got above %97 out which is right where you want it ..As far as the idle goes, do you have a left-handed throttle? That was my problem. Also double check to make sure your plugs are tight and wires secured.
