09 M8 SP rear shock

This is my 10th ride on a 09 162 M8 SP and over the past 2 rides I have had virtually no suspension travel. I have tried tightening my track and running between 210-230 PSI in the rear shock but once I go about 5 min in the bumps my rear bumper is down and my flap is dragging on the ground. I had a great 15 mile ride down from the alpine over a nasty trail. Any advice would help my back

When checking or adding air, you must have rear of sled in the air or on its side, no weight on shock

150 is the max psi

and lastly, cats like a loose track, with the track off the ground you should have about 3 inchs of room between the slides and track

OOPs 110 to 130. I have had the track from very loose 4 inches to 1 inch of slack. I always hang my sled to set air preasure. I think the shock has some problems as it starts stiff and fails after 5 min of riding
