I just installed a PC 5 on my 09 m8. I have the full SLP exhaust and a black diamond intake. Looking to tune my sled better. I went with the PC because I want to learn how to tune efi as thats the way bikes and sleds are going. Just curious if anyone has this same set up and any tips to get me headed in the right direction. Thanks for any input.

Sorry buddy, I can't help you much at all.

I ended up going with the PCIII for my 09 M8 because no one had fuel maps built yet for the PCV. I hope they do soon but, I also understand the maps for the PCIII and PCV aren't necessarily compatible.

Hoepfully someone will help you out shortly.

Frostbite, do you have the same setup? Im mainly trying to tune the lower rpm range. My sled runs way fat on the bottom. trying to find some numbers to start out with. Im probably going to just start leaning it down in small increments. I want to learn as I go.

I'd be happy to e mail you the SLP Performance Edition Fuel map if you'd like to see what they have done. Yet, I'm not sure if the PCIII and PCV use the same program and are able to communicate. I have also read the PCV has many more fuel setting perimeters than the PCIII, that alone might make their maps incompatible.

Talk to Dustin at SLP. When I talked to him a week or so ago, they were getting PCV's in, and he said they can do a conversion from the 3 to the 5 on the maps. I would start with their map and tune from there.
