I have an 09 m8 HCR, I have Boysen reeds, d&d Y pipe, Super Q can, Larger intake. I was just wondering if I could run a head without a fuel controller, ride from 4 to 8 thousand feet

I would be running a fuel controller with the mods you have already

I have over 1500 Miles with those mods and no problems, piston wash looks good to

oh ok... i've just herd with the intake and y pipe you're supposed to run the controller.

some say you should run one, and some successfully run without a controller. i know there are a couple guys on here that dont run them on sleds with exhausts and heads

There are a lot of after-market heads and lots of combs to be had. You need to contact the maker or the head you are considering. Some heads alow you to cut fuel back, some need more.
