Is the harness a complete wiring harness?

Yes. ECU and harness pulled off a low mile wrecked 09 race gas turbo but the harness is stock and complete. I bought them because I was fighting a gremlin on my sled for over a year and almost everything else had been accounted for. Ended up being the stator so I am selling them for what I bought them for
