09 M series Boondockers race gas turbo

I am put a race gas turbo on my 09 m8 and am being told I need a power kit from arctic cat to run the fuel pump and oil pump. I am being told this kit (p/n 5639-258) is not available until Dec 19 at the earliest. this is too late as I have a trip planned before then. Has anyone been told the same thing and not able to get there sled running?
I am wondering if anyone knows where this kit hooks in to the sled so I could make my own rectifier set up to work? Or if anyone knows how to get their hands on one of the kits? I am just a little angry because I can't get my project up and running until late in the season..

You also can turn it down and run it like a pump gas kit.
