Is anybody running the slp air horn kit on there sled you replace the stock air horn and drill 4 hole in the air box . If so did you notice a difference.

Yeah it sucked more water from around headlight,adj knob etc. Silicone and seal.!!

Duck tape does wonders on a air box for a quick fix

The instructions don't say anything about drilling 4 holes in the air box... unless you mean for the 3/16" plastic rivets.

For the performance edition they say to drill 4 7/8 holes in the front of the shelf in the air box.
I to am waiting to here from someone that has dynoed it that way. I asked Jim at DTR to give it a shot the next time they have one on the dyno. I can tell you that with the shelf removed it is loud and it does lean them out. That should mean more air and thus more power.
