09 d-8 compresion test ?

did a compresion test 09 d-8 just for the heck of it-only about 90psi cold ?-try test with engine warm? the sled only has about 200 mi on 2010 update kit?-tested my old 03 edge 800 it has about 125psi cold after 3-4 pulls-it has hi-comp head tho-does anybody know what the d-8 specs should be? or is it just the loose piston clearance issue that these things have to start with? it does not seen to hold the rpms like it should? maybe time already for the fix kit and higher comp head thanks for your input.

The typical 2010 and newer 800 CFI will have approximately 115-120 lbs of compression at sea level. So depending on your elevation, 90 lbs might be okay but an engine warm test should be done. However, with the loose tolerances many of us have found, compression tests are almost a waste of time and an internal inspection regardless of age and mileage should be done to prevent catastrophic failure.

My 08

Had 125 before I installed the fix kit ,now has 150 each side 4 pulls 100 plus degrees .
But I have the 08 head.
