09 Crossfire Rear Skid

Have a 09 HCR and am looking to swap in a 141" with 2.25" track for U.P. back country riding. Can I buy rails or are all the parts non interchangeable? I would intertain a possible swap deal including the 153" track currently on the sled.

I have a 2010 crossfire rear skid I will sell you. I have approx 500 miles on it. They do bolt right up as I have put mine to 153" and everything bolted up.
