My 09 Assault is hard to start when cold. Once I get it running it starts good during the day. Any thoughts before I take it to my dealer. It was hard to start before the update, almost seems worse now. If I can get someone to hold the throttle a bit, just enough to take the free poly out it seems to start better. TPS setting maybe? Fuel pressure?

Sounds like TPS although some people are experiencing voltage regulator issues as well. I would research those two areas.
