09 800 dragon turbo IQ

Have the check engine light flashing on the sled and it appears that there is no "code" I have counted over 30 flashes with no break, then I turned it off. Sled appears to be in limp mode. Also the sled WILL NOT start if it is cold out. I mean it has to be above 0 centigrade for it to turn over. Put a new battery in last year still does not help. When the sled is cranking over it seems to really draw the battery down. Could the flashing light and the not starting problem be related?:face-icon-small-fro

If you have counted that many flashes with no noticeable break, then it has to be a blink code 1 - Throttle Position Sensor. A faulty TPS can cause all sorts if run-ability issues including a bad idle. The TPS sensor likely needs to be recalibrated or the harness may need to be replaced. That's where I would start.

who's kit are you running? or what controller are you using?are you sure that you have all the wires connected properly

If the sled is setting the code off after you have been running and it is warm then it could be the DETs being set from low fuel pressure or some sort of internal failure. If this is a after-market turbo on it there should be a fuel regulator on it (unless it is a BD kit). If it does is there a gauge on it? If your tank is half to 3/4 full take a flash light and look down in the tank look for a bunch of parts by the fuel pump.
