check ebay,there is some dealers selling 163 X and regular 163 summits,Don't now where you are located at,some in midwest and west.Prices are pretty descent also.

If you're not set on an X I saw that Rexburg Motorsports was selling 09 163 Everests for 7495. Seems like a great deal to me. I'd be going get one if I didn't like my 08 so much and it only has 680 miles on it....

This is bait pricing. Once you see out the door costs you'll feel suckered. We had a fried make a visit and he left disappointed.
