09-10 rail swap on a 08

Hey guys, I was wondering if any one knew if a guy could put 09-10 rails on an 08? I would like to do it mainly cuz they look cooooool.

Or buy Ice age rails. Nice look and stronger than stock. For cheaper if I remember correctly.
