08 xp 154 all stock. I bought a used one to save money and build a better sled than new. What are the first mods to do for the best results. Planning on doing it all in time. Don't like to be show n up.

invest in a 174 track and put in 8 tooth drivers and it will be a mad climber.

Call Big John and get a SHR860r stuck in there.
Call Toms and put an Evol Air under it.

Motor and clutching first for sure. The rest of the sled is good enough to have a blast on. 860 kit and clutching are the base then add suspension for whatever riding you like.
if he wanted a longer track he would have go the 163
