08 Summit 154" - w/ AI front end

2008 Skidoo XP Summit 800r 154”
~1300 miles
I bought this sled new in March of 2008, it started out as an everest but I’m not sure what I’d consider it now. Sled is in great condition. ALL updates and recalls have been done by the dealer, main one was the driveshaft and a couple other small things were a ground wire and a 19t top gear. Motor is completely stock. I have this sled setup perfectly for the mountains, Dynamo Joe’s clutch kit with his special cut mountain ramps is an amazing setup and will hit 8200 rpms instantly at the crack of the throttle, I’ve also installed quick clickers to help keep it dialed in. I installed Alternative Impacts 35.7” A-arms which made this sled a blast to boondock with and will hold a sidehill for miles; since I narrowed the stance I had to get new shocks so Monster Perfomance made me some 16.5” X package shocks that got valved for my weight (190 lbs). I also installed the RS intake on it which allows it to breathe through the dash as well. NO BELT ISSUES as the first belt blew @ 1150 miles.

Other things done:

*SLP Powder Pro skis w/6” carbide, basically brand new, maybe 300 miles on them.

*CPI racing twin stinger can

*Smitty’s two wheel kit for rear axle

*Custom venting, these vents actually let the sled breathe, aftermarket vents don’t allow hot air to escape.

*Fat boy rear torsion springs

*Upgraded to 2009 intake

*Metal belt adjuster, can change belts like the revs instead of the cheap plastic work of art.

*RSI Gel wraps on handlebars.

*RSI Heat elements - these things get stupid hot.

*9” RSI handlebar riser ( can put back to stock if too tall)

*Removed all foam and all the unnecessary plastic pieces

*Gas can rack w/2 gallon gas can

*Spark plug holder on belt holder

*Modified Skidplate

*Swaybar removed

*Oil sleeve insert, fixed the leaking oil cap

*I have ice scratchers for it but I forgot to put them back up when I backed into the garage so you’d need to get replacement springs for $15.

*Newer white hyfax

*Spare belt/spark plugs

$7400

LOCATED NEAR ROCHESTER, MN. I could get it to Mankato also if needed.
