I have a 08 silverado 1/2 ton and am throwing a plow on it..Im wondering if I can swap the coils from a 3/4 and slip them right over the shocks, so the front is stiffer.? Thanks guys
The 3/4 ton is running torsion springs still, the front end is completly different. They use the coils on the tahoe's, av's and 1/2 ton trucks. Search on Google under truxx, the make a leveling kit that I put on my Tahoe, its 2 1/2" in the front and 1 1/2" in the rear. Have had no problems with it.
