08 rmk 800 melted wiring, help!

My friend rolled his sled last year and some hood wiring got melted when the hood came loose. Can someone help me identifying what is missing from this pic so I can re-wire it for him?

I looked at my 08 D8 and 08 700 RMK.

They both have a plug cover on that 4x2 pin plug.

I looked at the wiring diagram, if it is the same one it says "diagnostic".

it is just a CAP off plug..


Your missing No wires!

it is just plastic cap that looks melted..

just zip tie it up away from the Pipe!

I'll have to look a little deeper because his speedo hasn't worked since the crash. Can't thank you guys enough for eliminating this plug.

You haven't put a driveshaft in this sled have you??


I know some people that had that happend to them... put a different driveshaft in.. with out the magnet/ bolt in the end!

lol sensor couldn't pick up and volts!

No sir, the sled has a whopping 300 miles on the clock. No repairs other than the engine update. Speedo wiring seems like an odd thing to damage in this type of crash. I will update when I find it.
My sled is ready so I have nothing but time to piddle with his while I wait for snoOOOOOWWWWW!
