08 Powdermax vs. Camo Extreme

Have both sleds. I put the 162*2.5 on mine. Brother has camoplast 2.25 on his. The camo extreme does better but not by much. Mainly breaking trail in the deep but I feel his builds more ground speed than the 2.5 extreme.

The 2.5 will out hymark.

Both sleds xp163.

Riiiiiiigggghhhhhttt
I suppose if I do get an XP I'll beable to ride every weekend too....since I'll be single again!

How does that saying go....
My wife told me that if I bought a new sled she was going to leave me............................................................................................................. Boy, I sure am gonna miss her.

Just remember its easier to ask for forgiveness than it is for permission.:face-icon-small-con
I bought a TRX-1 a couple of months ago and today just bought a new XP. She gave me the deer in the headlight look. What??? Yea baby you'll love it I bought it for you. RRRRRRRiiiiiiiiiiiiight!!!!:D No really it even has electric start.
Heck I was in that deep had to stick with the story....

Same drivers? I don't think so...Camo 2.5 is 3.0 pitch and the ski-doo drivers are 2.86 pitch. All you guys taking about runnning the 2.5 extreme on these xp's should save your money. These tracks work good but they trench more than you would think in deep snow. I would stick with the stock track and save you money for other mods.

Lots of guys are running the extreme with the 2.86 drivers. Avids CNC'd drivers which are 1/4" smaller are actually like a 2.87 and I'd say the majority runs those.
As far as upgrading the track on an XP I agree, that's a lot of money for not a ton gained UNLESS you want to go longer and have to buy a new track anyway.
