08 Phazer MTX throttle wide open

I recently bought a used MTX with only 80 miles on it for my daughter. THis morning while loading the sled it was running rough and then the throttle stuck wide open and took off, luckily it died before hitting the trailer. It is giving an engine warning and error code which appears to be 84? Were there any recall items or updates to these sleds any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Code 84 is throttle override system, it just saved your sled, check to see your throttle lever has free play (about 5mm) and the cable is not pulled out at either end. If you raise the bars or move them sometimes this will pull the cable out of its place and cause this. Check it out.
