I have an '08 Nitro and I want to change the handlebar position, how do you like the setup you went to? Where would I get those?

fly post adaptor and 6 inch riser need to machine upper clamps cuz the factory bars are narrow where the mount is other that I like it alot better just dont go to far foward!
