08 M6 diamond drive ??

Looking at posts seems to be a problem with the diamond drives 07-08. does this include the M6 ? If so what should be done to protect it from failure or best up grade? looking to mod this sled for more cc any proven big bore sugestions would be nice as well.

Torque and speed kill DD thrust washers. With a stock M6 engine, the DD would be more durable than M8/1000 applications.

Since you're talking of jumping up in power, all the M8/1000 tips would apply.

Thanks! kids ride this one and rest of us on 7 and 8's so it needs a little help to keep up in the deep and steep. did the 2 cool dash kit and hope this cures the deep powder bog. this sled will go close to 100 mph would a regear help in the powder? track speed advantage. had some atvs with same situation in the sandand lowering the gearing helped the fast ones go better in the soft sand. same with selds in deep snow?? It is the EFI 153 M6 so has plenty of track.
