08' m1000 troubled still!

Hey there, lookin for some insight. I know every make has it's issues. I think this 08' m1000 I bought from a SNAKE is posessed though! That said, it had a new issue yesterday.
A prelude: has had 3 ECU's, DD re-worked, throttle cable replaced, Reverse sheet the bed, wiring harness replaced, and recently had a new primary installed after clutch had several parts failures.
It is stock in every respect at this time. Rode fairly good yesterday until 2/3 through the day. Still throwing a great deal of heat (like most 1000's) and then it began.
Bogged down in 6" of new snow and shut off, gauge cluster was out, poor performance and did note the 15amp fuse was blown as well. Lights flickered in/out even after replacing the fuse on the hill.
Any thoughts, what now???

check grounds and connections, check the plug wires for wear, Something shorted out, hope it didn't take something out.

I haven't looked at it yet.

If you are like me, snowmobiling has a great deal to do with how I feel a winter has gone and plays a big part in my psyche! All kidding aside, I have yet to ride this sled one day without an issue arising. For that reason, I am reluctant to lay a finger on it for fear AC or dealer could then find me at fault and not continue to waste another winter and "service" the sled.
I am just spent with this toilet. Trailer rides to/from dealer, wasted time riding a unpredictable sled, belts.. wha ahahah you know the deal.
I guess it will go back to the dealer again.

I hear ya, Someone(like your dealer) needs to look at your situation and get a hold of a real AC rep and bail you out of this thing. I think you have stuck with this pile longer than 95% of use on here would have.

bad voltage reg?
this will take out he ecu and cause the same problems listed along with a short will do the same thing too.

agreed

I would have hoped that had ruled that out. Hence, replacing the wiring harness after 2 ECU's, CCU. I am just fed up with it. I guess it's another hour out of my day again tomorrow to drop it off. It is a ridiculous pattern that I have followed since ownership...
