My M1000 is engaging very late (4500-4600), and too hard for my liking, especially in tight trees. It runs perfectly beyond engagement, so I am hesitant to change much. It is running 7650 or so all day long at WOT. The primary spring is yellow/black, with cutlers adjustable weights. I am looking for suggestions on what to do to allow earlier engagement, but not mess with the top end performance. I have almost no clutching knowledge, so any information regarding this would be great!!!
