08' m1000, new wiring harness still some issues

OK,
Sled ran really good today. A couple of general performance issues I will tweek. No bouging or sputtering etc in 1-2' of new at most.
When I engaged the Reverse button and switched back into drive, the CCU code and a wrench would then show. Turn off machine and restart and the code would disappear. Is that the TPS acting up? I know I am not the only one that has had this issue.
