Ok here is some pics.

I guess I will disclose this now. Didnt really want to post it on the net but the motor is new with 240 miles on it. I had the cylinder skirt bust off and go down in the cases so it was a big mess. Polaris warrantied this so they replaced the motor with a factory assembled crate motor. Have all the paper work to show for it. You still have until December of 2011 on the factory warranty. That is the only problem that I have had with this sled in the 1200 miles. Rear skid has around 400 miles on it. Front shocks were rebuilt with the motor. So dont be afraid this is a great running sled and is ready to rip no current problems with this sled.

Just out of curiosity which sled did you like better/ride the most, the 860 or the turbo?

Well I like the turbo. The 860 is my wifes sled. They are both great sleds. There is nothing like the turbo on the big hills but for everyday boondocking I am thinking the 860 is alot more fun.

Thanks, not many people have a 800 turbo and a 860 sitting in their trailer. It sounds like the best way to solve the big bore vs turbo debate that always creeps up on the forums.

The 860 will probably hold its own with the pump gas turbos. I think if you ride in deep snow and have long hills the pump gas turbo is going to beat the 860. You jump to 12 psi of boost and the 860 will not run with the turbo sorry just the way it is.

Its no different than putting a chip in your pickup. They have to prove that that chip caused the failure. Maybe it had the turbo when it was warrantied or maybe it didnt. However you want to look at it they have had the same problems with bone stock sleds so they didnt really question it. This is why I didnt want to post that on the internet, some people may be offended.
