08 800 shift

my buddy thought he would water skip in the summer.. well he failed and it went under.... what steps should i take in draining it, also whats the best way at getting to the crank plug? looks really hard in the goofy design polaris came up with. his sled is a 08 800 iq shift

How long has it been since it was under water?

we pulled the plugs and pulled it untill hardley no water came out... sat for 3 days

it sat for 2 days after we pulled the pulgs and drain it from the heads
