07 xrs exhaust valves

on my 07 xrs I think my exhaust valves are sticking. at times I can run 8200rpm or more and them same day a little later it will only pull 7500rpm. sometimes when its only at 7500 and I have it pinned all of a sudden it kicks up to 8200 and its like a turbo kicked in. it does it in the powder and on the trail. all I have done to the sled is y-pipe and can. I had the head shaved .015. just put a new top end in it and went through both clutches.

Check the vacuum line coming off the MAG carb rave solenoid. The hose is too big for the nipple on the solenoid. If that aint it, check the both bellows for oily messy leaks.

nothing leaking and it looks as if the hoses are all tight. I put all new gaskets on the exhaust when I out the new pistons in.

Pull the black covers, note the position of the valve cap - should be part way out. Start sled - at idle the cap should be sucked in via vacuum, add throttle (track stand needed here!) - valves should return back to mid position (same as before starting) - add more throttle 7400ish I believe - valves should be full open, all the way out. 3 valve positions should be observed during this function check. If not getting all positions, could be solenoid issues/hose issues/ gasket installed correct issues.
