07 vents

i have a 2007 ski-doo summit 800 x and was wondering what are the best aftermarket vents? any ideas thanks.

I quite like JC Vents. I have them on my 05 and they have held up well and no snow gets through the mesh and onto my clutches.

I have done a million and one carves and bounced off of rocks and trees with them and they are still there and holding.

check idahoo vents i run them. they hold up well. almost 2 seasonson on them and they look killer. or go cheep and get a plastic tote, and screen door screen, at home depot and make you own. u can make your own for around 15.00 per pair!!! a friend made some for him self and so far so good!!! i would put them up high so when u put her on its side u dont cave in the lower panel." u know where the ski doo and X logo is".. good luck... just rember dont cut all the all the plastic out. just get a big hole saw and make holes or u will get wrinkles in your screen when the flimsey plastic buckles.

The XXXmodrodsvents use the same material as home depot dog screen, with a finer mesh behind for the clutches, they are inexpensive. X2 on the hole saw. My clutches say coooooool.

X3; they even custom made mine with some waterproof prefilter type material I supplied. However I will say this - venting does very little to help the hot clutch temp issue for the '07's and would be one of the last things I'd spend my money on. Doing the clutch updates and ditching the lame 415 ramps is the key to losing the heat build problem. There's a big reason all the aftermarket clutch guys are suggesting either different ramps or oversize rollers for that model year!!!
