07 switchback rear suspension

I am wondering why the rear suspension would lock up and the rear skid shock is tearing up my track? I have it thawing out in the garage but I can't really see anything yet. Looking for a little advise. Hoping I didn't trash the shock

If you recently had the skid out I am sure you have the front mount for the rear shock installed wrong. Take a look, the cam arm the holds the front mount is probably rotated down (shock on the track) instead of being rotated up. If your front shock mount is on the track, it is wrong and such damage will occur. 550iq

I would agree with that but it is the top of the rear shock. Not by the bottom cam, that did not rotate
