07 Switchback 600ho cfi 09 Update front End

I am going to post my thoughts and clear up a few things i have been reading.

07 Polaris 600HO CFI

First .. Rad, Delete Swwet turn out, Put the 09 800 163 bottle on, and a new therostate, and pluged the bottom hose.

Nice Clean Look..


Mounting the Kit.. All went well all holes lined right up Easy!!

Exaust Hole.. I keep reading i was going to have to drill a new hole..

NOT the case.. It Fits.. Right!! Sweet!!


So i am very pleased in the turn out..

how warm are you getting for water temps

well i got the Parts from Polaris ... It was A Kit.. 409$$

My temps on the sled are...


Wait till 120 F to start..


Once driving.. its normally at 122-129 some times goes up to 135..

the highest 160 F
