Have heard the track on the 07 X is a trencher.

But have read the the Adrenaline's track is fine.

What is the difference?

everything...07x was a challenger lite and the adrenaline had the powder max, same track as the 06x.

not sure what made the lite suck so much, but i've never read one good thing about it.

you could search and find a pic of the 2 and compare

lite track

Challenger lite had ribs that supported the lugs, the lugs were firm and unforgiving in the powder, so it would just dig into the snow instead of floating above it. Some people have modded the track by tapering the ribs, but concensis was replace with a powdermax for best improvement. Track hooks up in the wet heavy spring snow though.

I had it and the paddles were very stiff. when hitting anything they would tear off instead of flexing back. It hooked up hard on set snow as expected and trenched badly in powder as expected.

I put the Powdermax track on my 07 XRS, and it climbed substantially better than the stock track. I mean like 30 to 50 feet higher on the hill.
