First off I would highly recommend anyone to think twice about buying anything from this dickface. YOU STILL OWE ME A BUMPER DINK! I have been trying to get ahold of this prick since the day after haydays. Emails, many PMs, and voicemails and no return.
I bought a sled that was supposedly mint. Shame on me for not looking it over more then I did.
Well after replacing the whole front end pretty much,
Now I have electrical problems.
It was fine I just was all happy to be done fixing this pile of crap. i just Got it back from BIG JOHN who did my carbs and a few other things for the trail conversion. BIG THANKS to him, as he did a great job.
Well now to my problem.
The headlights went out along with the tach. So I did a bunch of searching and found that a big problem is the relays. So I replaced the relay with a AR143 from NAPA, well that brought at least a flicker of light to the tach. So now the tach backlite flickers but that is it, no RPM reading nothing. Headlights are really dim as well. Then I tried an AR201 and get the same results. Sled runs fine though.
