07 M8 Speedo Removal

Looking at pulling my speedo on my 07 M8 - any tips on getting it out easily? Looking at it appears I need to yank the penulum out - really wanted to avoid that if possible.

Yeah, you'll have to pull the plenum, not too much work.

It's been a while since I've had a sled with a plenum, but I think you can pull the aluminum piece to reach in & get to the speedo?

The 05's and newer have it - it's the air intake by the headlights.

Anyone else?
