07 M1000, switching from 4 tower to 3 tower???

ok guys here is my question and what happened

last year at the horn had the local shop change weights for me. Just cause it was really cold and i didnt want to do it. but to shorten the story they tried pulling my clutch with a polaris clutch puller.. ended up leaving with a new 3 tower clutch..

now i need to know where to start for weights and springs. i want to clutch it for 7-10,000 feet.

mods dont are nothing to serious but here is my list of stuff

1. 07 m1000 153 non snow pro
2. speed works Y pipe
3. BDX light drive with M8 gears
4. Power claw track
5. light weight seat

and thats about it.
not to sure what you can do for me but all im looking for is a starting point.

Stock 83 gram would be a good start.
If you don't already have weights I would look into some CPC adjustables.
