07 M1000 Need help with fuel controller

K i have an 07 M1000 162' that i just bought. Its basically stock other than it has some clutching done and a Boss TFI gen III fuel controller, also has had all the updates done including the reflash.
I'm trying to figure out if i can put a full SLP single pipe setup on it and still use the boss fuel controller. I emailed SLP and they told me that they had never tested an M1000 with this control box so they had no idea how to tune it or what it would do.
Has anyone run this setup with an slp pipe or another brand and used the boss controller and if so what might be some tuning specs.
I would really like to use this one so i didnt have to drop another $400 bucks on a boondocker box.

I would junk it and get a power commander. racinstation says he has maps for all sleds. If you put the slp on save yourself some money buy egts. Or if it doesn't have a Power claw on it put one on it is the single best mod you can do for that sled along with the 09 rear tunnel.

just got a 07 M1000. There is a reflash for it???? how could i tell if it has it already?

have the dealer run the vin, it should be documented but may not be as well.

If it has a heat sheild under the Y pipe protecting the injectors it has the latest update done.

If not then it needs it. Free of charge at your AC dealer. Recalled.
