07 Dragon and no sway bar

Are you running the original Walker airs or coilovers? The Walker airs are really soft and I would think that your front end would be diving like crazy without the bar.

X2
I put Fox Zero Pro's on my front end. Had the 110# shock added instead of the 100# to help compensate for lack of sway bar. I love it without the bar, would never go back. BUT, if you've got WE's on there, I wouldn't do it. You'll bury the outside nose every time you even think about turning.

I think it depends on your riding style. When you are siting down you really notice the lack of a swaybar. However, when you are standing I really like the maneuverability without it. If you don't spend a lot of time on the trail I think you'll like not having it. I would make sure your WE's are charged on the high side.

roomate did the same thing. sled was awesome in the pow, but was terrible on the trail. also noticed the stock shocks were much too soft as they would be nearly bottomed out during a sidehill. needless to say, he ordered a new one up about a week later

Ya i made the mistake on my brand new dragon and pulled the bar out. long story short itwas too sloppy and my dealer told me that with out shock upgrades the machine would be too dangerous.

sway bar

if you have the w.e. shocks get them pressured up to 225 it will work very well or just pull them off because you will eventually anyways and put some gas coil over adjustabel shocks on and it will ride better with or without the swaybar

ha, i ride a heavy 900, no swaybar with WE's, i will say that getting rid of the bar made this sled 10 times more fun and more agile then it was before. Rolls over on a dime! granted on the trail it'll scare you, almost shot off the trail a couple times, but then again i don't ride the trail, only to get where i'm going, then its trees trees trees!
