I just installed: 433 ramps
19.5 gram pins
130-320 spring
On clicker 1 it pulls 8600 rpm.

My question is, as far as reducing heat and belt wear would it be better to put in a weaker spring (160-270) or add more pin weight?

It looks like you might want to add 2 more grams of pin weight and also gear your sled down....

Do not put a weaker spring in, that will cause the belt to slip.

I would add more pin weight. The 433s seem to carry alot of Rs on the trail and could use the pin weight to get them to shift out on the tips.

I would put the stock ramps back in, get a Dalton grey or Doo 200/320, a 44/36 helix w/purple and add weight for your altitude...I run 19g at 3-6000ft. Also, if 151 or longer, then gear down to 19/47.

As for the spring with your current settup, I would go with less spring since you are already at 19.5g. I just think it would be easier to load the system with a lower ramp profile.
