07 800r main jets?

Hi,
I've got an 07 with an slp head and a cpi silencer, that I've put in a snowhawk. My motor is the "r" motor, with the compenstator and air temp sensor. From what I gather so far, stock jets were 470, but I'm way too rich, has anyone gone through this and can maybe give me some pointers? It's a pain to get those carbs off and on again, so the least the better with removing them!

have 07 R motor with bikeman head and y-pipe and pipe! run 22.5 pilots-.020 needle shim-480 main jets runs awsome. t-stat made world of difference!!! these motors don't have t-stat-install one!! my guess is your using a pipe for a h.o. motor and the expansion chamber is to small and to short!!!! i put wrong pipe on my old sled and it did exactly what you're describing... hope this helps
