07 800r crank is dinked need some info please!

ok like the above says i need some info on where to get parts and what exactly needs to be done i bought this sled and first time out about a half mile down the trail the crank sh!t the bed i was just blurping it along real easy so i think the cases will be good, gunna s[lit em today and see, but im new to the doo side of things i understand they have crank probs in 07 i got that but what needs to be done to the case and can a reg machine shop do it? also where can i get a new balanced crank shaft pistons oil and fuel pump and all the gaskets for it? i would like to talk to somebody who realy knows whats up with these motors, and im not sure but when i was pulling the motor out there is a pulse line from the crank case with check valves in it one side goes to the little rav valve control selonoids and the other was not hooked up to anything but it had one of the permanent style crimp hose clamps on it looked like maybe it was supposed to hook up somewhere by the oil res. anyone know what this line is? sorry for the novel thanks in advance guys!
 
Big John at Sled Head Racing is the man with all your answers - he's the expert for the case repairs on that motor and knows the exact tolerance the bearing races need to be machined to.

i have a crank for a 07 i will sell you,i had it rebuilt thinking i could use it but it turns out i cant, i guess they changed them in 08 so the mag side stub is to short for my 09 let me know if your interested

well the short block is goin to big john. for the price i cant build it for less and from what ive heard on here and other places he is the man with the plan to make this thing last and for me to be a happy ski doo owner, good thing my old gen 2 pullyerass is still runnin strong lol

looking for reasonable offer you probably already know what its worth.
i think there was some other issues in 07 so your probably best to send it to Big John IMO but let me know if your still interested.

I just finished up a motor and clutch deal with Big John and "Lefty" this week ( 2007 800r smoked the motor and both cases at 1900 miles) I have to say this two guys are the absolute best to deal with.... HANDS DOWN... I got the motor back thur and put in in TWICE ( practice makes perfect) last night, anyways these guys are so great, Lefty was driving to Florida and talked me through a few issues at 1030 last night ( did I tell you these guys are great) he even followed up this morning to make sure I got it right. If you have any questions during your install you can PM me and I would help any way I can. I have lots of pictures from my removal and install.

BTW I had the relay fail ( the one that sits right above the air box, search it on DOO talk) Its a $6 dollar part and seems to fail alot so might want to check it.
